POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE:		Crew Leader -- Cellular Installations
POSITION SUMMARY:		1.) Must be able to supervise, direct, and control a crew of between three (3) to nine (9) members in the construction and/or installation of antenna systems, lighting packages, co-axial line sweeps and various civil work including installation of meter boards, ice bridges, shelter settings, telco and electrical requirements;
		2.) have a proven ability to manage both people and projects;
		3.) be able to read and understand scopes of work, drawings and schematics;
		4.) be able track and maintain project schedules within budget and alotted time frames;
		5.) be able to inspect all work performed for adherence to corporate quality standards and in compliance with customer specifications;
		6.) possess basic computer skills to enter data on project status and complete various forms;
		7.) be aware of safe job procedures in the performance of all work;
		8.) able to conduct weekly safety meetings to ensure a work environment free of any known hazards.
