| David "Grant" Plasters has more than ten (10) years "hands on" telecommunications tower experience. |

| Mr. Plasters began his tower experience with the Viacom Corporation in 1990. Mr. Plasters started as a tower hand, erecting self-supporting lattice, monopole, and guyed towers with heights up to 1,000 feet. In addition, Mr. Plasters received formal, and later "hands on", experience installing various types of antennae, coaxial cable, and microwave dishes. Also, Mr. Plasters performed line sweeps, Site Ground Resistance Testing (megger tests), and was a qualified crane operator. |

| In 1996, Mr. Plasters joined Crown Communications, later named Crown Castle International. |

Initially, Grant was hired at Crown as a Tower Team Coordinator with responsibilities to manage and supervise ten (10) 4-member crews. This required interfacing with the regional director of tower construction, project managers, and quality control personnel. Also, Grant was responsible for training new and existing employees to safely climb towers, work from heights, and operate equipment. |

| In 1999, Grant was promoted to Implementation Manager, In this new opsition, Grant oversaw construction activities with sub-contractors involving civil, electrical, grounding, tower foundations, shelter and equipment foundations, and other related activities on multiple sites under construction. In addition, Grant performed feasibility studies, conducted bid walks, and awarded projects to qualified contractors. |

| In March, 2000, Grant joined Wireless Services, Inc. as Project Manager. After approximately one (1) year, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Grant's responsibilities include managing and scheduling civil construction and tower activities. Also, he is responsible for daily interfacing with key customers, ordering materials, and conducting daily site visits to ensure quality control standards are being maintained. |
