Mr. Liko has accumulated more than 20 years of professional Project and Construction Management experience in all phases construction and telecommunications site development.
	Mr. Liko possesses extensive knowledge of civil, electrical, telco, and grounding construction procedures. In addition, he has specific knowledge regarding antenna systems, including installation on towers, buildings, and other structures, and has worked with site acquisition from zoning through permitting.
Mr. Liko, through his various business dealings, has been able to build a very distinguished reputation within the telecommunications industry for quality, on-time and under-budget work performance.
Mr. Liko started his professional construction career in 1984 with the formation of "The George Liko Company" which specialized in electrical construction activities. In 1987, after accumulating three years of telecommunications electrical work experience, he joined the firm of General Site Technologies which specialized in telecommunications construction. In 1990, Mr. Liko formed the company of Johnston-Liko Corp. and began to offer total turnkey solutions to various telecommunications carriers and tower construction companies.
From 1994 through 1998, Mr. Liko performed various Construction Management and Project Management assignments for Napco, Inc., Ericsson, Inc., and the Tynan Group, Inc.
In 1998, Mr. Liko joined Crown Castle USA, Inc. as National Program Manager. Mr. Liko was instrumental in developing a database system for tracking the overall construction process and implementing a system for accurately documenting all aspects of the construction management process. In addition, Mr. Liko represented the company as Project Manager with such noted clients as Bell Atlantic Mobile, Aerial Communications, TSR Wireless, CBS Radio, Chancelor Media, and a host of others.
Mr. Liko has also worked with several other carriers and constructed PCS sites for AT&T in Cleveland and Boston. Also, with Cellular One through out Ohio, South Bend, IN, and Pittsburgh, PA.
Mr. Liko has extensive training in Project Management and has attended the Project Management Institute. He has also been certified as a Professional in Project Management (#14912) and has passed the State Board of Building Regulations and Standards exam and currently holds an unrestricted General Contractors License for the State of Massachusetts. Also, Mr. Liko is a certified Class A Electrician and is licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Mr. Liko is married, has four children and lives in Bairdford, Pa.
